A Boston Public Health Commission employee is facing charges of accessory and lying to investigators in connection with a fatal shooting in Roxbury in April, according to authorities and legal filings.

Two mosquito test samples taken from Hyde Park and West Roxbury have tested positive for West Nile Virus, the Boston Public Health Commission announced Friday.
