The Buffalo Sabres have agreed to a two-year, $12.5 million contract with defenseman Bowen Byram, the team’s official X account announced.

The Sabres announced Tuesday that Radim Mrtka has signed a three-year, entry-level contract, which has an average annual value of $975,000.

Defenceman Radim Mrtka, who was selected ninth overall in June's draft, signed a three-year entry-level deal, the team announced on Tuesday. Mrtka, 18, played 43 games with the WHL's Seattle Thunderbirds last season, collecting 35 points (three goals, 32 assists).
