Netflix has released the trailer for the fifth and final season of “Stranger Things.” Created by the Duffer Brothers, “ Stranger Things 5 ” picks up in the aftermath of Vecna leaving Max in a coma and spreading the Upside Down into Hawkins. At the end of the explosive trailer, Vecna arrives to go to war against the gang.

Along with the first trailer, Netflix has dropped a dozen new photos for Stranger Things 5 Volume 1 — the final season. In the pics, we see Terminator‘s Linda Hamilton (for the first time) in her role as the badass Dr.

Netflix's official synopsis for "Stranger Things: Season 5 reads; "The fall of 1987. Hawkins is scarred by the opening of the Rifts, and our heroes are united by a single goal: find and kill Vecna. But he has vanished — his whereabouts and plans unknown."

Fans may be disappointed by Stranger Things season 5 due to the negative feedback on Squid Game season 3. High expectations for Stranger Things finale's storytelling and storyline, reflecting on Squid Game's perceived let down.
