NBA Draft showcased several notable selections. The Memphis Grizzlies selected Yang Hansen with the 16th pick in the first round. However, his draft rights were later traded to the Portland Trail Blazers.

The rookie center impressed again as Portland improved to 2-1 in summer league play. Rayan Rupert led all scorers with 24 points.

Fears did a better job shooting and distributing the ball in the 95-81 loss to the undefeated Oklahoma City Thunder Wednesday night in Las Vegas.
