The families of two teens assaulted by a former state trooper after a prank are suing Dempsey Walters and the state of Delaware.

A Kentucky State Police trooper is recovering after being shot during a traffic stop that preceded Sunday's deadly church shooting in rural Lexington.

Police said they also arrested 20-year-old Tahiem Glover of Selden, N.Y., Reyes' cameraman.
