Chicago police said the victim, a 24-year-old woman, was outside walking when a silver SUV approached her. Three men got out and demanded her belongings.
A 41-year-old man was fatally shot in Chicago's Cabrini-Green neighborhood, marking another recent gun violence incident in the area.

A man was seriously injured after he was shot in the South Loop neighborhood Saturday night. According to Chicago police, the 35-year-old became involved in a verbal altercation in the 700 block of South Wells at approximately 11:24 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a shooting at Six Flags Great America after an argument in the parking lot; no injuries reported.
