COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus is under an Air Quality Alert Tuesday due to elevated ozone levels. Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) issued the alert Tuesday afternoon, warning that air pollution levels are expected to be unhealthy for sensitive groups.

The alert will remain go into effect starting at midnight on Saturday, June 21, through Monday, June 23, for counties in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
