The Burdoin Fire, which erupted in the Columbia Gorge on Friday, has exploded to over 6,500 acres as of late Saturday night.

Officials closed State Routes 14 and 142 this weekend due to the Burdoin fire burning near the Columbia River. The highways remain closed until further notice.
