Hall of Fame Atlanta Braves pitcher John Smoltz finished in second place. The Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry, a regional favorite and winner of the event in 2023, finished fifth after a double bogey on the final hole. Ninety celebrities participated in the fan-friendly event at the Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Stateline, Nevada.

Longtime MLB pitcher John Smoltz finished second and was among several other elite athletes beaten out by Pavelski at the top of the leaderboard. Country singer Jake Owen finished third, former soccer player Taylor Twellman finished fourth and NBA superstar Stephen Curry finished fifth.

Stephen Curry's brother, Seth Curry, on the other hand, tied for 32nd place after two rounds at the American Century Championship. Joe Pavelski is tied for the lead with Taylor Twellman. Jake Owen settled in solo third place, followed by Adam Thielen in fourth and Annika Sorenstam in fifth place.

As the premier celebrity golf tournament, it raises funds for local and national charities while distributing a purse of $750,000.
